Melissa dreamt of riding horses as a young girl but never had the chance. In 2020, she took a lesson and never looked back. By 2022, she purchased Dolly to ride and train — not knowing her life was about to change.

 

Passionate about introducing others to the healing power of horses, Melissa left her 18-year career as an employee communicator in 2024.

Caitlyn is an expert horsewoman and has ridden since childhood. Pursuing her lifelong dream to work professionally with horses with endless determination, she learned about these majestic animals from everyone and anything she could.

 

She spent countless hours riding, training hands-on with horses, and reading everything horse-related she could find.

 

This approach made her the pro she is today, with experience running boarding facilities, training horses, giving riding lessons, and even riding equestrian drill.

Dolly is a 17-year-old Paint mare originally trained as a cutting horse. She’s got the moves — and personality to show for it.

 

Like many cow-horses, she’s smart, sensitive, responsive, and alert. Dolly is friendly and gentle, loves to work (no, really!) and thrives in partnerships.

She has shown natural coaching skills all on her own, instinctively understanding how to comfort the humans around her — especially during periods of deep grief.
